Our client, a leader in the industrial sector is currently seeking an HR Director. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR management, specializing in building HR strategies and implementing organizational changes with the ability to drive strategic initiatives to achieve business growth.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with company goals, collaborating closely with senior management
  • Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient HR operations
  • Design, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and foster a positive work environment
  • Facilitate organizational change, working with management to implement change initiatives smoothly and effectively
  • Oversee recruitment and talent management, including attracting, hiring, and developing top talent
  • Handle employee relations, addressing and resolving conflicts to maintain a productive and harmonious workplace
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and create development programs to enhance employee performance and growth
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and inform strategic decisions

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire and develop a high-performing HR team
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic approach
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and align HR strategies with overall business objectives
  • Ability to design and implement effective change management strategies that drive employee engagement and minimize resistance
  • Experience in long-term planning and organizational development
  • Strong ability to collaborate with senior leadership and the executive team to influence strategic decisions
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics and develop actionable insights to improve organizational performance
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR systems, databases and analytics tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Very good command of English
