As one of the top valuable brands with it's market leading products (personal care, tissue paper, cleaning and hygiene in the away-from-home categories) our client has been operating in consumer goods sector for more than 50 years with its state-of-the-art production facilities, exporting to +60 countries and having + 1.500 employees. Our client has special focus on R&D (having own R&D Centre - collaborating with institutes, universities and other R&D centres), digitalization (investments for customer-centric commercial and operational excellence), international growth (market leading positions in different countries), sustainability and social contribution.

Job Description

  • Reporting to: HR Director
  • Team management: 6 people
  • Responsibility area: Sales (both domestic and international/export), Marketing, Finance, Trade Marketing and IT functions of the central organisation + overseas organisations (including new investments) ≈ currently 400 people (white collars)

The professional will be mainly accountable for:

  • Enabling the business via strategically partnering with the functions
  • Ensuring the effective execution of recruitment, performance evaluation, talent management, compensation & benefits management, budget management, training and development, and career management processes
  • In parallel with the key objectives of the organisation and Group's HR policies/standards, taking a critical role in HR planning process and leading/developing HR systems/applications
  • Managing, developing and coaching team members

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-15 years of human resources experience gained preferably in FMCG market
  • Solid technical human resources know-how and team management experience is a must
  • Strong strategic business partnering approach; stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Having big picture perspective yet able to grasp the details
  • Project/schedule management skills, strong job follow-up is required
  • Fluency in English is a must
