Job Description
Your 'day to day'
Supporting the General & Administration (G&A) functions including Finance, External Affairs, Law & Information Technology, you will
- Translate and align people and organisational aspects of the overall business strategy to local and functional P&C plans
- Deploy key P&C products and services, adapt and align the available service portfolio to local requirements and business needs and measure the effectiveness of deployed HR Products & Services.
- Provide advice, consulting and coaching on business matters that have an organisational or human capital impact to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance the employee experience
- Act as a change agent by providing pro-active support to successfully plan and implement business transformations or other strategic organisational change programs
- Establish and maintain sound relationships and engage with key stakeholders across the business, locally, regionally and globally.
- Partner with the people managers and business leaders across all areas of P&C including recruitment, talent retention, recruitment, on-boarding and performance management
- Advise on employment and performance-related concerns
- Provide operational support to managers and teams on P&C matters
The Successful Applicant
Who we're looking for
- Previous experience in a similar role ideally in a leading fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) organisation
- Outstanding relationship building, coaching and influencing skills
- Ability to deal with issues and change in a proactive, positive and dynamic way
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- A passion for championing workplace culture
- Degree qualification in Business and/or Human Resources
- An effective team player
- Articulating HR in Commercial terms
