About Our Client
Our client is a global organisation within the Financial Services and Insurance.
They have a global remit and this role will look after international HR projects.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract for a HR Projects Director / Senior HR Project lead.
As HR Projects Director in this Financial Services / Insurance organisation you will lead on HR projects covering a range of areas within HR.
You will work closely with the HR Director and Senior HRBP for international to manage and lead on key projects within the HR discipline.
The Successful Applicant
You will need to be available immediately or at short notice as this is a 12 month fixed term contract.
As HR Projects Director / Senior HR Project Lead you must be able to demonstrate around 8 years of recent experience working in specialist HR Project Management roles.
Within this experience you must also be able to demonstrate that you have led on key HR projects from M&A and Change to Generalist HR Projects implementing new procedures, digitising handbooks or processes to Wellbeing and benefits.
Experience working in the Financial Services or Insurance Industry will be an advantage.
Project Management qualifications such as Prince 2 or Six Sigma would also be beneficial.
The ideal candidate will be based close to Guildford, Surrey and Hampshire.
What's on Offer
A 12 month fixed term contract paying between £100,000 and £120,000.
You will need to be able to get to the offices in the Guildford area at least 1 to 2 days a week.
