The company are a leading speciality chemical manufacturer with highly successful products utilised in many industry sectors. The site is expanding and under upper tier COMAH regulations.

Job Description

The HSE Manager will lead the EHS team and lead the development of the implementation of the major accident hazard safety report. You will be responsible for the implementation of ISO 14001 and 45001 management systems and support the team on site with relevant training where needed. You will lead audits and inspections and advise on regulatory/EHS requirements.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will hold a NEBOSH diploma or equivalent and have a strong working knowledge of an upper tier COMAH site. In addition you will be a people manager with a strong record of developing, mentoring others.
