Job Description

  • Lead and oversee the HR strategy for several properties within the region, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Executive Committee, providing insights, recommendations, and data-driven HR solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with General Managers and leadership teams, offering guidance and support on all HR matters.
  • Drive talent acquisition, retention, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
  • Strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement within a service-oriented, high-performance environment.
  • Manage labor relations, legal compliance, and workforce planning across all properties.
  • Implement HR policies, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
  • Lead HR teams across the portfolio, promoting a supportive, empowering, and people-focused leadership style.



The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience in multi-property or multi-site environments, ideally within the hospitality sector.
  • Proven strategic thinking with the ability to balance high-level vision and hands-on execution.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and credibility to effectively collaborate with senior leadership and the Executive Committee.
  • Demonstrated track record in talent development, organizational transformation, and leadership coaching.
  • Excellent communication skills; high level of emotional intelligence and relationship-building ability.
  • Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR best practices.
  • Fluent Spanish and strong English required.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Andalusia.
