About Our Client
My client is a recognised leader in the Insurance sector in Asia. Due to a recent business restructuring you will join as part of the Human Resources leadership team, with multi-country coverage, based in Hong Kong.
Strategic leadership level Human Resources Business Partner, with responsibility for enhancing the service across all areas of the function, including change management and transformation, talent acquisition and retention, training and development, with the ability to provide thought leadership and forward thinking data analytic and measurement tools to the business. You will partner with the leadership and executive team to drive a culture of high performance, through new engagement strategies collaborating with all levels of the business.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered you will have 15+ years experience within complex, region-wide and business partnering focused Human Resources positions, with key responsibility for HR transformation, culture change and building regional Human Resources initiatives to build a high performance culture. Experience gained from financial and/or insurance services is preferred. Degree educated with relevant Human Resources qualifications. Comfortable working in a business going through change and dealing with a dynamic working environment. Cantonese and English language skills (Mandarin would be a plus).
