Our Client is an international rapidly growing TSL company. To strengthen their senior management team, they are currently looking for experienced professionals for the position of HR Director (Poland).

Job Description

  • Review all the current processes and policies to identify and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Partner with senior leaders to improve on current programs and initiatives, and where needed, develop and implement new programs and initiatives directly aligned to business strategy in the areas of performance management, career development, organizational design, succession planning, talent development, compensation planning and employee relations
  • Oversee the effectiveness of human resources processes including recruitment & retention, employer branding, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, T&D and compliance
  • Lead organizational change and design by working with senior leaders to identify business requirements and implement appropriate solutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and key employees with a special focus on employer branding and employee engagement
  • Run HR programs for key contributor and management positions; concentration on soft skills development and enhancing employee's knowledge by coaching, counselling, career development
  • Management and leadership of diverse teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience operating as an HR Director with a proven track record in meeting high standards in a demanding, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Experience in assisting in building organizational strategy, preferably in low margin/high volume business
  • Successful track record in supporting dynamically growing companies in the development of Human Resources culture, preferably in commercial focused firms
  • Substantial experience in business partnering on leadership level
  • Strong interpersonal skills to immediately establish the necessary credibility on all the levels of the organization
  • Strong ability to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders' interests
  • Experience in successfully managing and developing professional teams
  • Project management experience, excellent organizational skills, with ability to set priorities and meet tight deadlines
