Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Lead and execute HR strategies that align with the company's long-term business goals, particularly focusing on market penetration and operational excellence.
  • Change Management: Spearhead organizational change initiatives across HR practices, ensuring seamless integration of new processes and systems to support business transformation.
  • Union Negotiations & Labor Relations: Manage union relationships, negotiate labor agreements, and address labor-related challenges to foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Workforce Planning & Talent Development: Design and implement talent strategies that promote employee development, performance management, and retention across all departments, including manufacturing and promotional teams.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously assess and refine HR policies, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with the company's objectives, particularly within the manufacturing and marketing divisions.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale HR transformations within FMCG or manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing labor relations and union negotiations.
  • Strong leadership in change management, talent development, and workforce optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.



Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in companies with a strong market focus, particularly within FMCG sector
  • Ability to navigate complex labor environments, ensuring adherence to labor laws and fostering strong relationships with unions and other workforce segments.
  • Innovative mindset and operational excellence, with the ability to introduce HR solutions that support business expansion and market competitiveness.
