About Our Client
The company are a value driven international manufacturing group. They are about to move into producing a world class, innovative consumer product.
This role can be based in either London or South Wales.
The role will lead the people strategy, managing a team of Regional HR Managers and Business Partners. It currently has a European remit, and will be the HR lead for all engineering and manufacturing plants.
A broad HR generalist role, this position will sit on the board of directors, and will design and implement the people strategy, and ensure it's delivery by the broader team. A business that is fast paced, with increasing demands, this role will have a large talent management and acquisition focus, coupled with L&D and employee engagement.
Reporting to the CEO, the HR Director will be a critical hire, as the company doubles in size this year, and is expected to do the same next year.
The Successful Applicant
Throughout their CV, candidates must show a manufacturing or engineering sector focus, at HR Director level. Candidates should have worked for an expanding business, which has built new facilities. European experience is also highly advantageous.

What's on Offer
A salary of c£120,000 with a car allowance, pension and generous bonus and LTIP.
