About Our Client

My client is a tremendously growing TSL company. The complexity of processes and diversity of teams is and will be now much higher, and a need to boost a professional Human Resources functions in the organization became one of priorities for the Group.

Job Description

  • Review all the current processes and policies to identify and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Partner with senior leaders to improve on current programs and initiatives, and where needed, develop and implement new programs and initiatives directly aligned to business strategy in the areas of performance management, career development, organizational design, succession planning, talent development, compensation planning and employee relations
  • Oversee the effectiveness of human resources processes including recruitment & retention, employer branding, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, T&D and compliance
  • Lead organizational change by working with senior leaders to identify business requirements and implement appropriate solutions
  • Run HR programs for key contributor and management positions; concentration on soft skills development and enhancing employee's knowledge by coaching, counselling, career development
  • Management and leadership of diverse teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Profound HR expertise with a special focus on talent development, recruitment, performance management and review / new processes implementation
  • Understanding of a high-volume & low-margin business and its all challenges, therefore a TSL/manufacturing track record is preferable
  • Outstanding 'internal client focus' and high standards, including experience of setting and monitoring HR process and identifying areas of further improvements
  • Knowledge of HR fundamentals (labor law, employee relations,payroll) are essential
  • Natural ability to influence and deals with a demanding group of shareholders both locally and internationally
  • Strong interpersonal skills to immediately establish the necessary credibility on all the levels of the organization
  • Experience in successfully managing, nurturing and developing professional teams
