Job Description

  • check monthly payroll in coordination with an external vendor
  • answer employee queries about wages, deductions, attendance and time records
  • end to end support for HR related data management
  • support with onboarding and offboarding
  • support HR Business Partners and the TA team to help improve the employee experience
  • employee relations support
  • HRIS (WorkDay) usage, vendor engagement and roll out support
  • ensure that welfare and benefits system is provided to and utilized by all employees

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 or more years of HR experience, related to C&B and/or Payroll
  • proactive mindset
  • knowledge of current labor laws and regulations
  • HRIS system usage experience
  • passion for people
  • attention to detail
  • ability to make sound decisions independently
  • team-player
  • Service delivery mindset
