Job Description

  • Provide independent governance oversight, ensuring compliance with local and international regulatory frameworks.
  • Guide the strategic direction of the platform's Vietnam operations, supporting investment decision-making and risk management.
  • Foster high-level relationships with government agencies, regulators, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Contribute to board discussions and strategic reviews, with quarterly board meetings and monthly executive engagements.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven leadership at the board or senior executive level within Vietnam's renewable energy sector.
  • Extensive experience navigating Vietnam's regulatory environment and engaging with government bodies.
  • Strong background in corporate governance, strategic decision-making, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive long-term value creation within large-scale energy infrastructure projects.
