  • Lead a wide-reaching operational and cultural transformation to evolve ways of working, decision-making, and collaboration.
  • Champion lean thinking, transparency, and cross-functional ownership across the value chain.
  • Build alignment between corporate objectives and site-level execution with an emphasis on empowerment, continuous learning, and high performance.



🏭 End-to-End Industrial Operations

  • Oversee all plant operations ensuring alignment with regulatory, quality, and performance standards.
  • Drive operational KPIs including yield, downtime, safety, and overall efficiency.
  • Elevate site performance through digitalization, automation, and industrial excellence programs.



🌍 Strategic Sourcing & Externalization

  • Build a global sourcing strategy, including identifying CDMO/CMO partners in competitive markets.
  • Manage supplier qualification, compliance, and performance monitoring processes.
  • Balance quality, lead time, and cost in vendor negotiations and portfolio development.



πŸ“¦ Supply Chain, Planning & S&OP

  • Lead integrated demand and supply planning processes to support business growth and service reliability.
  • Build a robust S&OP process in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
  • Optimize inventory, production capacity, and market responsiveness.



πŸš› Logistics & Distribution

  • Ensure seamless coordination between internal flows (warehouse, raw materials, production) and external logistics partners (3PLs).
  • Improve delivery speed, traceability, and customer service metrics.



πŸ“Š Financial Governance of Operations

  • Monitor industrial performance through detailed analysis of margins, costs, and capex effectiveness.
  • Develop strategic business cases to inform make-or-buy decisions and investment prioritization.

The Successful Applicant

πŸŽ“ Education

  • Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business Administration.
  • Postgraduate education (MBA, Operational Excellence, or similar) is highly valued.



πŸ’Ό Experience

  • 10+ years of leadership roles in regulated manufacturing environments (e.g. healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consumer health).
  • Experience navigating matrix organizations and working with international stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in operational transformation and cultural change initiatives.

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, challenge, and align teams.
  • Skilled in industrial KPIs, P&L thinking, and negotiation in international procurement.
