Highly independent, you are required to proactively build relationships with colleagues across four continents and manage all interactions with external brokers.Lead, analyse and design Ansell's global insurance strategy, managing renewals as required and maintaining on-going and new policies.Place and maintain global insurance programmes delivering country- and risk-specific insurances as required for a complex business. Ensure that insurance policies and coverages align with Group Policy.Take ownership of broker relationships and internal networking to ensure optimal risk coverages are in place and that brokers and insurance companies have required information.Manage claims processes, as required.Support the management of Ansell's captive (Singapore based; MAS regulated).Drive Risk Management processes for all areas of the business such as Risk Engineering programmes, Risk Registers and reporting of Risks to SLTs and Auditors.The Successful ApplicantYour ProfileHighly experienced in managing insurance programmes for international business(es) with complex risk profiles.
