Job Description

The Interim Finance Director will play an instrumental role leading the robust and accurate activity of the finance function. Working as part of the Senior Leadership Team, the Interim Finance Director will interface with multiple stakeholders across organisation providing meaningful financial data to augment decision making, as well as, forging effective relationships with key external parties.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Leading on the strategic financial plan
  • Overseeing the budgeting and forecasting cycle
  • Managing relationships with critical external partners
  • Appraising existing financial processes and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Overseeing financial governance and ensuring a robust control framework
  • Delivering key financial planning and analysis expertise to aid effective strategic decisions

  • A proven track record of operating in large complex organisations and delivering continuous improvements
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • An ability to drive forward change and transformation initiatives
  • A track record at both a strategic and tactical level
