Job Description

As the Interim Finance Integration Project Lead, you will play a leading role in the planning, delivery and execution of several key finance change activities to further enhance operational efficiencies.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Supporting with financial acquisition integration activity
  • Ensuring the financial activities are harmonised and integrated effectively
  • Acting as the key point of contact with external ERP providers and the finance function to ensure the delivery of the new system
  • Identifying and mitigating risks for reporting enhancements
  • Identifying and implementing effective governance and controls
  • Evaluating effective processes and making recommendations for improvements
  • Defining and implementing key financial reports and embedding these into the new ERP
  • Business partnering with multiple stakeholders to project manage the delivery of multiple finance driven initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • A Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA)
  • A proven track record of managing complex finance change projects, including ERP implementations
  • The ability to interface effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • A proven track record of acquisition integration
