Job Description

As the Interim Head of Finance Projects, you will play a critical role in the delivery of multiple change initiatives to further enhance operational efficiencies. This role will involve interfacing and partnering with multiple functional heads to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives.

  • Identifying best practice and continuous improvement to support statutory reporting requirements
  • Providing operational and strategic guidance to further enhance operational performance across numerous work streams
  • Enhancing processes and outputs to meet the needs of the businesses
  • Ensuring appropriate investment appraisals are undertaken
  • Business partnering with the wider organisation to ensure effective governance and controls as in place
  • Providing expert business financial support on all finance related projects
  • Project managing various change initiatives, managing progress, and ensuring successful delivery

The Successful Applicant

  • A Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • A proven record of accomplishment of working in a large complex business
  • The ability to influence and communicate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders
  • A sound understanding of robust controls and governance
  • A proven track record of delivering change and driving forward continuous improvement
