Job Description
As the Interim Head of Finance Transformation - Financial Planning and Analysis, you will play a critical role in assessing, reviewing and implementing a finance transformation road map to deliver key financial insights, analysis and data points to enhance and improve robust decision making.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will interact and work closely with a number of key internal stakeholders including the wider Senior Leadership Team.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Leading on the financial planning and budgeting cycle and the strategic plan
- Reviewing, assessing and implementing a number of strategies to further enhance the Financial Planning and Analysis function
- Governance and cost optimisation
- Reviewing and refining the monthly management pack and chart of accounts
- Designing and implementing robust Key Performance Indicators to support effective decision making
The Successful Applicant
- A Qualified Accountant ( ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- A proven track record of operating in a large complex business and a sound understanding of best practice
- Gravitas, credibility and strong influencing skills
- A proven track record of leading finance change initiatives, with specific expertise in FP&A and commercial finance
