The Reporting Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering all reporting requirements related to the Oracle Fusion application. This role requires expertise in Oracle Fusion reporting tools and techniques and strong project management skills to oversee and coordinate reporting activities across the programme as well as managing the SI partner.You will need to encompass EPM and execute a plan to then drive that to fruition.Key Responsibilities:Reporting Strategy & DesignDefine and implement the reporting strategy, ensuring alignment with business requirements and Oracle Fusion capabilities.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed reporting requirements.Design, develop, and deploy customised reports and dashboards using Oracle Fusion's reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, etc.).Report Development & DeliveryLead the development of reports, ensuring accuracy, performance optimisation, and adherence to programme timelines.Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualisations to support real-time decision-making.Coordinate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes as needed for custom reporting requirements.Testing & Quality AssuranceManage end-to-end report testing processes, including unit testing, UAT, and final validation.Ensure data accuracy and completeness in all reports and troubleshoot any discrepancies.Develop documentation for reports, including technical specifications and user guides.Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with business analysts, functional leads, data teams, and other stakeholders to ensure report alignment with business processes.Act as the primary point of contact for reporting-related inquiries and provide ongoing training and support to end users.Support change management processes by providing training and knowledge transfer to end-users on report usage.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities for report automation and optimisation within Oracle Fusion.Maintain a backlog of enhancements and updates, prioritising based on business needs and impact.The Successful ApplicantEssential:Oracle Fusion ERP experience, with a focus on reporting tools and techniques.Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for analytics.Strong SQL and data analysis skills.Experience working on large-scale ERP implementations and managing end-to-end reporting deliverables.Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing principles.Excellent communication skills with a track record of effective stakeholder management.Strong project management skills; PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.Experience in the finance, supply chain, or human resources modules of Oracle Fusion.Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Experience with MSPWhat's on OfferThis is an initial 6-month interim role with likely extension.The role will pay between £850 - £1000/ day Inside IR35.ContactRutesh ShahQuote job refJN-012025-6641521Job summaryFunctionInterimSubsectorInterim SubsectorIndustryPublic Sector & Not-For-ProfitLocationCity of LondonContract typeTemporaryConsultant nameRutesh ShahJob referenceJN-012025-6641521
