About Our Client
My client is a global consumer goods / FMCG business based in the Middlesex area and commutable from Slough, Uxbridge or Guildford.
Our client is looking for an Interim HR Director to join them on a fixed term contract.
There will be a role managing the HR team but also the chance to work on a range of change and transformation projects with the Exec team.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate needs to be immediately available and able to commit to a Fixed Term Contract as Interim HR Director.
You must be able to commute to their location. Ideally you will be based in locations such as Uxbridge in Middlesex, Slough in Berkshire or Guildford in Surrey.
You must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Considerable experience working at the HR Director level and ideally experience as an Interim HR Director
- Experience in a consumer or manufacturing business where there is a mix of commercial and manufacturing employees.
