Job Description
As the Interim M&A Project Lead you will play a critical role in the delivery of key acquisition and modelling related activities.
The Interim M&A Project Lead will business partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders, in order to drive forward multiple projects
Key responsibilities will include.
- Project managing and coordinating acquisition related activity
- Comprehensive financial modelling and analysis
- Business case reviews and investment appraisals
- Business partnering with multiple functional heads to support effective decision making
The Successful Applicant
- A Qualified Accountant ( ACA / ACCA / CIMA )
- A proven track record of M&A/ Corporate Finance activities
- Strong communication and business partnering skills
- Sound analytical and financial modelling capability
What's on Offer
£500 - £600 per day ( Inside IR35)
