Job Description

As the Interim Part Time Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in the Senior Leadership Team and ensure the production of accurate and robust financial information. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Interim Part Time Finance Director will provide key financial insights and commentary to aid effective decision making.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Leading on the annual budgeting and forecasting process
  • Business partnering and providing key financial insights to internal stakeholders
  • Implementing enhanced and robust management reporting
  • Producing key variance and trend analysis to support effective business decisions
  • Responsible for the production of the statutory accounts
  • Ensuring robust controls and processes are maintained
  • Production of the annual financial statements
  • Liaising with the external auditors

The Successful Applicant

  • A Qualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
  • A proven track record of operating at both a tactical and strategic level
  • Strong communication and business partnering skills
  • A pragmatic and logical approach
