Job Description

The Interim Record to Report Project Lead will play a key role in supporting the continued development and operational efficiency of the R2R work stream. The Record to Report Project Lead, will also be supporting a wider transformation initiative to enhance operational efficiencies and the standardisation of processes.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Overseeing the Record to Report work stream and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
  • Record to report end to end process mapping activities and improvements
  • Review control and governance mechanisms, and implementing comprehensive and robust processes
  • Business partnering with multiple internal stakeholders
  • Supporting with additional finance change initiatives across the broader finance team

The Successful Applicant

  • A Qualified Accountant ( ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • A proven track record of delivering process improvements in Record to Report
  • The ability to add value and drive forward best practice
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
