Job Description
As the Interim Shared Services Project Lead, you will play a critical role in the effective planning, development and implementation of a robust and efficient business services function. The Interim Shared Services Project Lead will be responsible for driving finance activities as well as being a change agent supporting a wider transformation programme.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Managing and leading the shared services finance team including key performance indicators
- Ensuring the continued development of internal controls and compliance
- Ensuring effective controls and governance are in place
- Process mapping and continuous improvement activities
- Driving best practice and stakeholder value
- Leading pm efficiency improvement activity and the wider change agenda
- Producing monthly management reports and analysis for senior stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
- A Qualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
- A proven track record of driving operational efficiencies across multiple work steams in a shared services capacity
- The ability to influence and engender trust with multiple stakeholders
- A proven track record of delivering value and navigating complex change programmes
What's on Offer
£600 - £750 per day
Outside IR35
Remote working with occasional travel required
