The business have excellent career prospects, training and development.Job DescriptionThe Site Director will be responsible for the leadership of the safe production of complex chemical products. The Site Director will provide leadership in line with company objectives ensuring all staff are motivated, coached and trained to perform to the highest level. The Site Director will manage the complete supply chain from arrival of materials through production and engineering and be able to lead improvement and change initiatives in line with regulations. In addition you will have strong commercial acumen and be able to lead the business through development of new products, opportunities and markets. You will have a strong understanding of running a profitable Site and control the site P&L.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have successfully held a Site Leadership role within the Chemical or related process industry before. You must be able to have in depth knowledge of lean tools, RCA techniques and be able to solve complex challenges relating to people, processes and product. The successful candidate will be degree qualified in engineering or scientific discipline or with a related track record.
