Job Description

  • Lead transformation projects , ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Analyse existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure improvement.
  • Provide consultancy expertise to guide stakeholders through the transformation process.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing risks and obstacles as they arise.
  • Deliver regular updates and reports to senior leadership on project milestones.
  • Ensure all transformation initiatives are completed on time and within budget.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Transformation Consultant should have:

  • Proven experience in consultancy, strategy, and turnaround management within the Energy & Natural Resources / oil and gas industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess processes and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex transformation projects.
  • A results-oriented approach with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with Csuite.
