About Our Client

We represent a blockchain technology company that is already profitable with international presence. Currently in fast expansion, the organisation has plans to further establish its presence across Asia Pacific, Europe and Americas. Resulting from the high growth, there is now a position available for an experienced HR Director to lead the business partnering function.

Job Description

Reporting directly to Chief People Officer, this role will lead a team of 7- 8 HR business Partners (this number will still grow) and work collaboratively with the HR operation and COE teams in building the process, framework and people agenda as the business aims to double its size in the coming years. This is a start-up culture and the individual will be plugged into a community that works collaboratively and agile to turn challenges into solutions.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of HR business partnering experience, ideally with operation background or with experience working with HR operation colleagues, with ability to diagnose issues confidently with stakeholders, offering both strategic partnering and operational solutions. Candidates from fintech/technology/startup environment with proven track record of leading a team in a high growth environment will be desirable.
