Job Description

  • Draft and negotiate intellectual property and technology transaction agreements.
  • Provide legal advice on intellectual property matters, including licensing, technology development, and joint ventures.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions from an IP perspective.
  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments related to IP assets.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for protecting and leveraging intellectual property.
  • Stay updated on legal developments in IP and technology law.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in all IP transactions.

What's on Offer

  • The expected base salary ranging from $260,000 to $365,000 USD annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
