Job Description

  • Oversee the IT department's strategic direction, development, and future growth
  • Ensure the smooth operation and security of all IT systems
  • Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guidelines
  • Manage and report on allocation of IT budget
  • Conduct regular system audits
  • Run and share regular operation system reports with senior staff
  • Ensure IT systems compliance with laws and regulations
  • Keep up-to-date with the most recent technologies and trends
  • Manage the technology in the call centres & field operatives
  • Incident management
  • Present to Senior Leadership, Board and PE

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in managing and delivering IT systems
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Call / Contact Centre Experience
  • Multi office environment
  • Managing 20+ in team size
  • Used to presenting to the board, PE and Senior Leadership
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong strategic and problem-solving skills
  • Working with large multi-million budget
