About Our Client
Our client is a leading global manufacturing company based in Zurich which is actively looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager for Switzerland and Austria.
- You are in charge of the quality of the delivery of IT services in Switzerland and Austria with focus on on-site services, IT Service Desk & VIP support.
- You manage a team of 5+ based in several locations
- You implement global service delivery processes making sure systems and methodologies are up to date.
- You are in charge of overseeing incidents and requests by making sure the quality of service delivered is as high as possible with high performance and accurate reporting.
- You lead the local IT on-site support teams and you aim at continually improve the end-user experience
- You manage and coordinate internal and external teams to ensure a stable outsourced service delivery
The Successful Applicant
- You have 3-5 years of experience as an IT Service Delivery manager role with experience in leading a sizeable team.
- You bring solid IT knowledge with hands-on attitude
- You have a good understanding of how a plant & factory work and understand the supply chain and its priorities
- You have experience in industry, and you are familiar with its environment
- You have good composure and you can work under pressure
- You know how to manage a budget and you have a great ability to prioritize
- You are a good communicator with good relationship skills, ability to drive change, stakeholder management
- You speak fluent German and English
- You are willing to travel on a regular basis to Austria and Germany
