Working with a highly successful Partner in the well established Government Investigations and Federal Civil Litigation group - hybrid Washington D.C. or L.A. based role.Job DescriptionA varied role, as Litigation Associate you will:work on a range of litigation matters - Government Investigations, Federal Civil Litigation mattersExperience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: government investigations related to the False Claims Act/ drafting & responding to written discovery in federal civil litigation/ managing eDiscovery/ drafting motions in federal court/ scoping internal investigations/ advising clients on disclosure considerations - familiarity with government contracts/ health care law highly beneficial.Strong academic track record, excellent communication and written skills are essentialThe Successful ApplicantThe successful Litigation Associate, will have demonstrable experience:JD & D.C. and/or L.A.
