Exciting opportunity to join the growing legal department, playing a critical role in their litigation team.Job DescriptionHandle a variety of landlord-tenant litigation matters for the organizations properties in Manhattan and QueensAppear in Housing Court frequently/ weekly handling non-payment, holdover and HP actions.Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
