Job Description

  • Understand business needs and opportunities within the business for Digital solutions by analyzing the business process, identifying pain points associated with the process and partnering with regions to resolve
  • Create high-value solutions to business needs by working with business functions to analyze user requirements, compliance needs, procedures, and blockers to automation and/or improve existing process and systems
  • Oversee product/process ownership and business analysis by managing a team of diverse stakeholders, responsible for individual functions in an agile environment, ensuring each function's product opportunities and end use-cases come to fruition
  • Deliver and accelerate value realization by defining and tracking KPIs to capture value realization for strategic initiatives
  • Coach product teams toward best practices and learning by overseeing product teams' support of the messaging, communication, and stakeholder outreach as necessary.
  • Empower the technology and business partners by delivering streamlined and modern processes that allow focus on differentiated high-value-added tasks that will be foundational in achieving the digital-first ambitions

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of a BA/BS degree A minimum bachelor's degree in a Science or business related field
  • 10 years of experience with practical knowledge in supply chain & business technology
  • Excellent knowledge of logistics and consumer supply chain processes.
  • Knowledge of the Business technology team and objectives
  • Data visualization and reporting certifications
  • Prior experience in the Consumer industry is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools and have an intermediate to advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
