Job Description

  • Taking full charge of earnings and expenditures, embracing entrepreneurial mindset and actions
  • Vast involvement in restructuring and handling transformational procedures
  • Unparalleled dedication to clients, prioritizing their needs and contentment
  • Proficiency in steering business growth profitably, leveraging existing ventures and pioneering innovations
  • Execution of organizational transformation and account reorganization
  • Complete oversight of the region's financial performance, encompassing P&L responsibilities
  • Focused attention on B2B client relationships and business development initiatives
  • Nurturing a service-oriented culture and operational finesse, emphasizing consistent delivery of top-notch, customer-focused solutions
  • Collaborating extensively with high-ranking executives to foster initiatives crossing departmental lines, ensuring smooth communication and harmony
  • Spearheading, nurturing, and motivating a diverse team of sales, customer service, operational, and support professionals, cultivating a contemporary, collaborative, and growth-driven work atmosphere
  • Spotting potential threats and instituting measures to counter risks, assuring uninterrupted operations and compliance with industry standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Possessing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and MBA as nice to have
  • Background in managing cluster and regional operations with significant accountability for process oversight and enhancement
  • Strong track record in steering General Management functions, particularly within service-centric domains
  • Extensive experience adeptly overseeing Sales & Marketing initiatives
  • Proficient in fostering Continuous Improvement and Kaizen methodologies to drive optimization and ongoing procedural enhancements
  • Profound ability in strategic ideation, transforming visions into actionable plans
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills motivating and galvanizing teams
  • Experience in managing large teams of FTEs in an international environment
  • Proven expertise in spearheading complex projects and managing multifaceted teams
  • Solid grasp of financial principles and adeptness in budgetary administration
  • Results-oriented mindset, constantly striving for quantifiable achievements
  • Proficiency in utilizing relevant software and tools for operational management
  • Fluent proficiency in the English language, highly appreciate Polish language / Hungarian language
