Job Description

Leadership and Management:

  • Provide strategic leadership to the Czech Republic affiliate, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple centers, maintaining high standards of performance and regulatory compliance.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement among the workforce.



Business Development and Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve financial targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.



Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure efficient and effective management of resources, including staffing, budgets, and facilities.
  • Implement best practices in operations and quality assurance.
  • Drive operational improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Ensure close cooperation and alignment with the headquarters.
  • Implement shareholder targets.



Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
  • Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and events.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with the headquarters and other regional affiliates.



Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.
  • Implement robust risk management practices to safeguard the company's interests.
  • Lead the affiliate's response to audits and inspections.

The Successful Applicant

Education:

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field.



Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years in a senior management role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and growing a business unit or affiliate.
  • Experience managing multi-site operations and large teams.



Skills:

  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Czech and English is mandatory; knowledge of German is a strong advantage.
