Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsMD experienced on sales and people managementLocal Branch of international player expanding in EuropeAbout Our ClientLeading company in electric motors distribution, with constant grow and a well established presence in both domestic and international markets.The company has built long term partnerships with both large multinational corporations as well as entrepreneurial businesses, offering tailor made solutions, quality products, acting with transparency and a customs first approach.Job DescriptionThe MD, reporting directly to the owners, will be responsible of the following tasks:Together with the Sales leaders develops, reviews, updates and implements strategic business planning, including financial performance and product development;Sets KPIs, leads and monitors the budgeting process to meet long term financial and business goals;Deploys new efficiency and quality road-map to achieve the higher standards requested by customers;Fosters the partnership with existing clients and represents the Company in front of potential new clients during key meetings;Ensures operations are at all times compliant with Group policies and standards, in particular for HSE, ISO, certifications and policies;Ensures the successful project management processes, aiming to meet client expectation from initial concept, manufacturing and on time delivery;Demonstrates strong leadership skills through empowering, collaborating, coaching and mentoring the existing human capital.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidates has a Master Degree in Electric or Electronic Engineering or equivalent field experience, combined with a proven track record with small but growing organisations, where personal relations are extremely important.A solid understanding of project management, from end to end, combined with customer's orientation mindset is highly preferred. Genuine interest in personal relations, towards internal and external stakeholders, is a key requirement mixed with with a high level of honesty and humbleness.
