Job Description
Directly reporting to the Regional Vice President, the professional will be accountable for:
- Defining, implementing, and following up goals, strategies, and activities to ensure product, solution and service sales. Securing the fulfilment of profitable growth and other financial targets in accordance with set short- and long-term goals
- Having full business planning, budgeting and P/L responsibility
- Taking an active part in the operative sales to key accounts and prestige projects with continuous follow up on the remaining sales teams activities. Fine-tuning of value based pricing for premium offerings to the market
- Developing the organisation and increasing competence to ensure optimised sales of products, solutions and services
- Coaching and empowering staff to take controlled initiatives within the delegated authorities
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree from reputable universities, master degree is a plus
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience gained in leading a sales driven organisation in an international industrial company with Business Unit Management, Head of Sales, GM/MD background and full P/L responsibility
- Proven strong track record from B2B technical sales, sales strategy, sales development and implementation both through direct sales and partner sales. Experience from developing and growing channel partner or service & aftermarket sales is a plus
- Experience in selling equipment to the target markets like welding, automotive, composite or other metal fabrication is a plus
- Having strong business acumen and commercial mindset, high achiever
- Involving and inspiring leader and pragmatic executor with strong analytic and strategic skills (diplomatic but convincing)
- Structured, process oriented and methodical with the ability to switch from the big picture to details when needed
- Fluency in English is a must
