Job Description

The ideal MD combining a results driven approach with the ability to inspire teams, foster continuous improvement, and maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, will be responsible of the following tasks:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and manage senior management teams across all departments, a part of sales team.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and clients.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for growth and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organisation.
  • Represent the company at industry events and maintain its reputation in the sector.

The Successful Applicant

The future successful Managing Director should have:

  • Established leadership track record or strong potential to assume full responsibility rapidly
  • Expertise within the Mechanical or Automotive components sector, with strong turning, milling and grinding knowledge.
  • Strong strategic planning and operational management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with local and international stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of financial management and business growth strategies.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
