Our client is a media PR agency based in Zurich who is looking for a new Managing Director.

Job Description

  • Define and execute the strategic direction for the business
  • Drive business development and generate new client relationship
  • Build and scale digital communication and social media capabilities (paid & organic)
  • Develop new service offerings and revenue models with new social media campaigns
  • Lead and inspire a small team while fostering digital competencies
  • Oversee budget, financial performance, and operational processes
  • Integrate creative and digital strategies for holistic brand experiences
  • Stay ahead of content trends, social media innovations, and performance-driven campaigns

The Successful Applicant

  • 15 years of experience in the media, communication and PR agency with a proven track record in acquiring new business with clients
  • Proven leadership experience in marketing, communication or digital transformation
  • Strong knowledge of brand management, digital channels and campaigns
  • Expertise in dealing with new modern social platforms and ideally performance marketing
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record in business growth
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strategic thinker with a creative eye for trends and content formats
  • Fluency in German and English (verbal & written) is a must
