Job Description
- Familiarize yourself deeply with our existing concept, adopt it to the Spanish market and develop it further for the roll-out process.
- Responsible for setting up and the implementation of all structures for a successful market entry, including the finalization of the license process.
- Recruiting and leading a high-performance team, implementing the marketing and sales strategy and positioning the company successfully in the Spanish market.
- Act as an interface to our HQ in Germany, as well as the brokerage business in Spain and you will connect with all relevant partners from the network.
- After the successful launch of the company, you will have the task of developing the company and shaping it into an established player in the Spanish market.
The Successful Applicant
- You have successfully completed studies in the field of finance and you are fluently in written and spoken English.
- You have a long-term experience in Spanish retail banking with a focus on real estate mortgage lending.
- You have a solid network of contacts with banks and financial institutions.
Skills
- Hands-on mentality as well as the ability to grow a business operationally and strategically from the start.
- Excellent communicator and you have been able to prove this in the past by achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Result- and solution-oriented way of working and you are able to flexibly adjust your behaviour to different situations and challenges.
- Solution-oriented and ambitious person who enjoys taking on new challenges and mastering them successfully.
