About Our Client
Our client is a private equity owned bank headquartered in New York.
Job Description
* Originate SBA loans from current and perspective clients
* Act as point person and chief representative of the banks products and services internally and externally
* Lead marketing efforts for the Bank via phone call, conference attendance, and proactive networking
* Structure SBA loan proposals, complete initial analysis, and over preparation of credit package
* Review financial statements and supporting documents
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and agency guidelines
* Stay abreast with trends affecting small businesses
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelors degree in finance or a related field
* Advanced degree preferred
* Upwards of ten years leading a SBA lending team
* Experience managing all grades of talents
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work simultaneously on various transactions
