My client is a Series G Unicorn dedicated to providing market defining B2B software to investors/founders/private equity/venture capital firms to better managing and keeping track of their finances, valuation & equity. Armed with a global network, they strive to provide excellence within their field and have plans to grow aggressively across APAC starting with this critical hire.

Job Description

  • Focus on establishing a strong market position within Southeast Asia, driving the company's revenue growth within two main verticals
  • Analyse performance of the business to identify potential opportunities and threats, and provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team
  • Work cross functionally with various key teams and business partners to implement strategic initiatives and drive operational growth
  • Reviewing recurring reports and current metrics within the market to gain a strong understanding of the customer life-cycle
  • Implement a strong go-to-market strategy by providing an executive-level analysis of the current market.
  • Enhance operational efficiency to scale revenue growth and improve the Go-to-market process.
  • Lead and develop the Southeast Asia Sales function to improve performance and productivity within the team

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 12 - 15+ years of operations and sales strategy experiences, with experience in a C-level executive leadership position
  • Good entrepreneurial mindset, ideally with strong start-up experience
  • Ideally have experience and a strong track record in scaling up companies
  • Have strong connections in Southeast Asia, specifically within the venture capital ecosystem
  • Experienced in providing strong executive level analysis through a data-driven approach
  • Experience with marketing automation software such as Marketo and Salesforce and data software tools such as Excel and Looker
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to implement unique solutions and drive business insights for the company
