Job Description

The Managing Director will lead the establishment and growth of the firm's Singapore office, creating a strategic hub for fiduciary and wealth structuring services in Asia. This role combines operational leadership with commercial responsibility, including building a high-performing team, driving business development, and managing key client relationships.

  • Lead and oversee the full setup and operational launch of the Singapore office.
  • Build and manage a high-performing trust administration and client service team.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic business development and client acquisition.
  • Represent the firm with clients, partners, regulators, and industry bodies at the highest level.
  • Manage a portfolio of major clients, providing oversight on complex trust structures.
  • Ensure full compliance with MAS regulations and internal governance standards.
  • Develop and execute market strategy to position the office as a leading fiduciary hub in Asia.
  • Maintain disciplined cost structures while delivering best-in-class service quality.


The Successful Applicant

  • 15-20+ years of experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, or wealth structuring.
  • Proven leadership experience within a trust or private client services firm.
  • Strong understanding of MAS regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Extensive network across private banks, law firms, family offices, and trust competitors in Asia.
  • Demonstrated success in business development with ultra-high-net-worth or institutional clients.
  • Ability to manage complex client relationships and high-value fiduciary structures.
  • Commercial acumen with exposure to P&L management and growth strategy.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the gravitas to represent the firm at senior levels.
