Managing Director

The MD will be responsible of the entire organization and will be focused on enhancing the company by involving and motivating the human resources employed.

He or she will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising the various functional areas, promoting the integration of processes, procedures and information and guaranteeing a positive corporate climate.

• Prepare the annual / multi-year plan of production, operational and commercial activities, verify the results achieved, draw up periodic reports on the progress and definition of future development lines also through the coordination and optimization of the operational and planning activities of a company , in order to make them more effective and functional for the business;
• Identify and analyze problematic situations in operational management and industrial processes (purchases, warehouses, production management), with indication and implementation of the related solutions to ensure growth and development for the company avoiding backlog situations;
• Manage and streamline the supply chain through actions to improve production processes and all the logistics activities;
• Supervise activities and functions to ensure the achievement of results by respecting company guidelines, as well as company strategy and mission;
• Make the organizational structure more efficient, promote the departments and professionals integration in order to ensure the achievement of corporate objectives;
• Maintain solid and constant relationships between the Board and the owners;
