Job Description

The Managing Director will lead the strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of the food and beverage manufacturing business. This role is responsible for driving growth, ensuring product quality and safety, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and fostering a high-performance culture. The MD will represent the company to stakeholders, regulators, and partners, ensuring alignment with corporate values and long-term objectives.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for an experienced executive leader with 10-15 years of senior leadership experience in food and beverage manufacturing, track record of strategic vision to transform a business - both operationally and culturally, to future proof the organisation, ensuring agility and innovation.
