About Our Client

A dynamic and leading organisation in the construction industry, with a team of 110 employees. The company specialises in large-scale projects in the Netherlands focused on tenders and specific client needs, covering the entire project cycle from initial pitch to project completion and follow-up.

Job Description

  • Lead the day-to-day operations and act as the main responsible party for multiple simultaneous projects;
  • Develop and implement strategies for sustainable growth and client satisfaction;
  • Optimise project and process management from start to finish, including client requests, design, delivery, and follow-up;
  • Actively contribute to the tender strategy and ensure projects meet all technical, operational, and financial requirements;
  • Mentor the team, fostering a positive organisational culture centred on collaboration and goal-oriented work;
  • Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring thorough project follow-up and accurate account management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in the Dutch construction industry, preferably in property, building, or project-based construction development;
  • Background in operations or Project Management is essential; experience with the full project life cycle (from client request to project completion);
  • Strong people management skills; you are a motivating leader who guides teams and inspires employees;
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Experience with tenders and execution of large-scale projects in the Netherlands;
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and pragmatic;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English;
