Job Description

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the medical technology business unit, including production, sales, and business development.
  • Drive global strategy and expansion while optimizing manufacturing processes and operations.
  • Oversee quality, compliance, and process improvements across production.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and international teams.
  • Develop, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure the business meets growth, profitability, and performance targets.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, hands-on leader with 5+ years in progressively responsible management roles, preferably in technical or medical technology products. They have strong experience in production oversight, sales, and business development, with the ability to drive strategy and optimize operations. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential, along with a strong work ethic, vision for growth, and the ability to motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
