Job Description

  • Oversee all manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise production processes and reduce costs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align manufacturing objectives with organisational goals.
  • Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers to support manufacturing operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP of Manufacturing should have:

  • A strong educational background in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field in electronics manufacturing industries
  • Proven good management skills within the retail or manufacturing industry.
  • Extensive experience in overseeing large-scale production operations.
  • Knowledge of quality control, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance.
