Well-know, full-service midsize firm with multiple offices across the US. This hybrid (3 days/ week) role is located in the firm's prestigious office in the heart of Midtown, New York City. They are a highly respected firm with heritage and an impressive client base.

Job Description

The Marketing & Business Development Manager will have demonstrable skills:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans
  • Plan and executive business development activities
  • Project manage and deliver pitches/ tenders, events, award submissions, thought leadership and wider marketing collateral
  • Create and execute content, campaigns and events - monitoring effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and manage brand, marketing & business development strategy
  • Brief and oversee PR firms
  • Evaluate market conditions, business development opportunities and competitor data
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

The Successful Applicant

The successful Marketing and Business Development Manager will have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years experience in legal industry Marketing & Business Development - must have at least 5 years law firm experience (boutique, midsize or big law)
  • The ability to develop and implement marketing and business development strategies
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Collaborative, creative and commercial approach
